Motivation
Hard to motivate yourself when things arent
going your way, I have done it for a while now anyway, and i will do it again
even thow i havent trained for 22 days now, since my fight in Russia.
Yes 22 days of rest, 22 days that i cant
reconize my self in the same way that i want to. willing to get back there but still suffering of the
luck of motivaition. My muscles, it
feels like i havent been training for a year, even thow i just came back from St Prtersburg 3 weeks ago.
Sure alot of this is in my head. but yet again i have to get in shape. November
the 10th is the day i will be up for maby my biggest test. The Nordic WMC Title
is on the line and i will do my best to get that belt around my waist.
The belt i will fight for 10 Nov in Copenhagen
But i am verry far from being redy to step
into the ring referring to my fysical condition at this moment, so in the
comming month i will have to push my self every day in every session to get
there, to reach the maximun to be the best i can be. In that aspect i have
never been satisfied of my self always wanted to aim higher to be stronger
faster and to fight better opponents.
But for all that to work you need consistency,
to fight every month so your body and mind get used to the daily routines and your
mind gets used to the ring. It is such a shame for me that i had to rest for 3
weeks now but you have to understand its unposible to motivation high 364 days
a year. If we compare to the greatest footbollers we will find no difrens
there. In one season there is ups and
downs for a player. The same goes for a fighter but its harder to motivate
youself couse this is individual.
The is good and bad things in everything, Hard
to start training after being away for a while. My self i am lucky that MM
Sports are helping me and providing me all usfull vitamins to keep me strong
during training. If you want to be able to max your self every session its
importent to eat properly and if you want to take it one step further take a
look at www.mmsports.se
and you will find all that you need to feel strong & helthy, combine it
with hard training and get in good shape.
Now to somthing totaly difrent that catched my
attention on Saterday afternoon. It was the late kick of between Man u and
Spurs. The game started like a volcano with spurs taking the lead already after
2 minuts. And before halftime they maneged to score again and going into the break
with a 2 goals lead. After the break Man u scored first to reduce the score to
2-1 it lasted only for about 50 seconds as Spurs made it 3-1. Then Man u came
forword straight away and with the new sighning Kagawa made it 3-2. After that you
can say Spurs got cold feet and the possesion was like 80-20. Man u kept coming
like waves into the Spurs box and a few times it was looking like the ball is
going in... but not. After 90 minuts it reamaind 3-2 and Spurs made history
they havent got a win at Old Traford sence 1989, that was a time when Kickboxer
was a new movie and Van Dam was still in his early twenties.
Kagawa looking strong after reducing the score from 3-1 to 3-2 in the end it wasent enough
Sir Alex did complained that 4 minuts of extra time wasent enough
