Keep Consentration
Only a few days left until we are leaving for St Petersburg (Russia) for the IFMA world Championchips.
Training is going on good, and lots of that thanks to Phenphet Sor Kittichai that is now holding the peds for us, and like it is planed now he is going to stay for some time.
Sens i arrived from Thailand i have trained for one week allredy. After just 2 days i felt that the condition is comming back, it is that way when you fight often.
Having Phenphet as your padman is the same like training in Thailand, we run in the morning then doing some soft training not to hard in the morning, then in the afternoon we kick the bag then pads with Phenphet and finishing with a few round of sparing and for the end 30 min of clinching. So as you can see its verry similar to Thailand, you just need to be consitraited and remember you goals, Then you will get in a great shape were ever you train,
But sure is it a big big benifit to train in Thailand, sure should i know that after have been training over there for a month just now recently, its so nice with all the great food, and after trainings when we are all together going to the stadiums to watch the fights. That is somthing you can do only in Thailand.
It was so nice to once again beeing att the Channal 7 betting on the fights, you get the feeling that you realy are att home when the crowd starts to get crazy and everybody is traing to get the right odds to play for.
In this photo above you can see me with Pajhon a former fighter and friend that like me loves to come to the stadiums and play. That day in the middel of Aug was a great one, we started with eating in a nice Easarn street resturant next to the Stadium, we orderd all of this spicy Easarn food that is the best food i know, a part from that it is verry helthy food because it contains no oil, and it is always served with planty of vegeteballs,
Here we are enjoing our Easarn meel before entering the stadium.
Att channal 7 we saw 4 exiting fights that i won and lost money and won again, att the end you can say i went about even, thats what i say when i lose, hahah,, anyway i dident lose to mutch, it was fun that is the most important thing. after wathing the fights we went accros the road to the Weekend market that had alot to offer, in the end after several hours walking we were all so tired so we hed back to the gym and rested for tommorows morning training. so as you can see in Thailand you are living and breathing Muauythai all the time.
I will be fighting in 63.5 kg in the World championchip in a week time, 63.5kg is the best weight for me, not to mutch weight to dropp and the fighters att this category are not to big. The hard thing about this kind of tournamets is that its about 16 or more fighters in every category, that meens you are going to fight 2 times to aim for a medal, and if you will give it a go to try getting the gold you will have to fight 4 times in the case of having 16 fighters in your category. After one fight you end up hopfully with not to many injuries, but after the second? and the third fight? you cant avoid the clashes to many times.. so one thing is for sure, its going to hard.
Like it was i Antalya back in April, i won my first fight by KO vs an Italian fighter, then i lost a bit of the spirit in the preparations for the next fight vs the Russian fighter that was from a mutch more harder material.I lost the fight vs the Russian witch was the quater final, i had got a bromze medal if i had won it.
The thing is to lern from the mistakes and this time i will try to keep beeing in foucus and not losing consentration during all the tournament.
I hope to bring you good news from Russia and i promise to do my best.
Danny.
