Summer is here!
Started the day with a short run, about 5 km.
That’s great
to feel this feeling a fighter is so used to. Early morning, Mm sports protein
shake then out for the run.
Still can feel a bit pain in my lower back as I push
myself at times to higher speed. I finished the run at the gym where I started
with some physical exercises & weights for about 45 min, and finished of
with another protein shake, this time I mixed a bit of gainer in it to get some
carbs for me to fast recover.
Looking forward to this hopefully hot hot summer with
a lot of outside exercises & MuayThai training!
