Phenphets biography:
Phenphet Started to fight MuayThai att the age of 7 and at the time got the price money of 100Baht for his first fight. The villege Thung song in the sothern province of Nakorn si tamart was the place were Phenphet fought his first fight, his first ring name was Nakorn chai Sor kittishai. At the age of 7 he never thought of being a professional fighter but it was his father Mr Lweng that encouraged his son to get in the ring after himself being a fighter but never being able to reach the great stadiums in Bangkok.
After Phenphet had fought his first fight he kept fighting continuously over all the Sothern provinces like: Hat yai, song kla, kho samui, krabi, suratani, trang.
Back at the days when phen was still fighting in Thailand

Everywere there was a ring and a MuayThai show Mr Laweng took his son together with wife and big sister and new born young brother on the pickup. At the age of 8 Mr Laweng started to see the chances of his son making it to the big stadiums and with his high hopes he took his son to the gym that was located about a km from home. It was the gym of Sor kittichai and it became young phenphets new home. As he was living at the gym he continued with his studying at the same time.

Phenphet kept fighting 2 up to 4 times a month until he reached the age of 11 when he moved to live in a temple with the monks in the province of Ranong about 300km North to Nakonsitamarat. It was Phenphets mother Ms. It was Phenphets mother Fhon that wanted her son to be educated in the temple with the monks. Phenphet studied at the Temple of Wat Bonamrong for 3 years until he decided to go and stay with his uncle in Hat yai. Then at Hat yai one of the most Sothern provinces on the Thai map he started to train at the gym Muang Hat yai. Phenphet trained for about 1 month in his new gym before entering the ring once again this time under the name Nakorn chai Muang Hat yai. Phenphet stayed With his uncle and trained for Muang Hat yat fot about 7 months and managed step into the ring 11 times and was able to win 9 fights that made the owners happy because every fight they gambled on there upcoming youngster.
                                                       Maximun power in every kick

After have being sleeping eating and training in Muay Hat yai for 7 months Mr Lweng made a phone call telling his son to come back home. It was time to start aiming on the bigger stadiums in Bangkok and from the age of 15 the young Thai fighter from the small village of Tung Song became a regular in Rajadamnern stadium. At the age of 17 phenphet entered Gewsamrit MuayThai gym for the first time after having decided to leave his home town for Bangkok. As he at the time was living in Gewsamrit he moved from One Songchai promotions and started to fight for Dowrung choo jaren promotions. And before taking a break from fighting he entered Kietpeth promotion all 3 of the biggest promotions in Thailand. In his years in Bangkok Phenphet has been up in the ring and exchanged kicks and punches with fighters like: Goomantong por pung kamon, Samrandeth Sor ranchai, Rungroth Saktawin(kon lek chon 7si), Nopedeth lek Choo Wattana, Gayasit Choo Wattana, and many more.

A verry fit fighter back in the days

Year after year Phenphet kept fighting until he reached the age of 23. By the time he have managed to get married at 17 and already was a father of 3 sons that were living with their mother in phenphets home town while Phenphet was the providing force of income for the family.

After managing his way to Sweden he did do a comeback in may 2010 fighting in Karstad at a FightNight promotion leaving no chance to his Russian opponent and winning big time. Phen kept fighting and winning vs Peter Dahlman, Stefan Waise, Prodenciyo Auiti, Karim Phetphlai be for loosing to a young talented Swedish fighter Hamza Bogamza in the Swedish championships qualification’s 2012.

As you can see in the you tube clips this fighter is the most geniuses fighter i have met when it comes to making your opponent fall down with special techniques every time your opponent comes abit close.

Now days Phenphet or like his friend call him Phen is now leaving in Karlstad(Sweden) with his Partner Wanphen and their 4 months old son named Artsena. After being a dad once again he will now do a comeback once more to see if he has what it takes to be a champion it all will be decided the 16 November in Poland.

The happy couple Phen and Wanphen is celebrating Phens 29 Birthday.

In all his career phen doesn’t know how many fights exactly he had, I assume probably more the 150 fights. What phen does remember is that 18 of this fights took place in Bangkok 17 at Rajadamnern and 1 at Lumpinee. Managing to win 15 of his 18 fights in the Bangkoks stadiums is an outstanding record for any fighter.

New blood

Unfortunately my lower back is to sour now for me to keep pushing it any further without first taking a break taking the time to rehab and strengthening all the muscles around the back area. Yes   Unfortunately this means I will not be able to fight In Copenhagen for the WMC Nordic title, I have to be more patient to my body as a had fights in almost every month, in the past 12 months I have fought in England, Sweden, Turkey, Thailand and Russia, and maybe sometimes when I should have rested I pushed myself anyway cause its hurts not doing the thing you love.  That’s why I have now decided to rest my body mainly because of my lower back witch has been alarming for quite a while now.

But do not think I will be away from the gym.
As now I am training the boys at Karlstad MuayThai holding the pads for the new and fresh blood that are trying to clime they why up to glory.

One of this fighters is Morgan Ljung, after a 2 year brake he is now back in business and it happens fast. After watching him at training I offered him a fight in Halmstad vs a local upcomming fighter with 4 days notice he accepted the fight and with not the best condition he entered the ring doing the maximum you could expect from him to do. You could see a fighter that is able to smell blood in the second when it really matters he managed to make the deferens by scoring more accurately kicks and punches and being the more smarter fighter he brought all 3 points back to Karlstad after being the winner by all 3 judges.

Every fight now will be a test for Morgan will he be able to keep the discipline in training? will the hunger for glory stay inside him for a longer time this campaign? Or will he disappear like the times before?
Except Morgan we have Nanthiya Sirisawai that is the Swedish Jr Champion in 57kg Female class, she is now started a hard training period together with Rasmus Olsson, Kalifen, Don Juan, Almskog and a few more new fighters that are scheduled to fight in the next coming up weeks.

Buakaw VS Somlak

Latly in Thai media its been more and more rumers coming up about Buakaw beeing Somrak Kamsings (Gold medal Boxing olimpic hero 1996) next oponent. Specialy after Somrak or like he was cald when he was still fighting in his younger days Pimaranlek sit hiran maneged to win by cutting up his 11 years older oponent in a super fight in Rajadamnern stadium on the 4 of Oktober.
A foto from Somraks Comeback 4 Okt Rajadamnern Bangkok as he doesent let any of his oponents kick touch him

Somrak Khansing Thailads Olimpic Gold medalist in Boxing 1996

After Somrak wormed up his eingines vs Yodwanpedeth his team is now looking for a new oponent. The fact that Somrak is 39 years old dosent seem to bother him: Buakaw only fight foriners, thats not dificult to fight somone who have trained MuayThai only for a few years, you just kick them and kick them more and when they kick you back it even doesent hurt. So if he is sure of him self come and fight me, Said Somrak Kamsing in an interview with the Thai newspapar Thairath.
Anyway Now Buakaws team has responded that a fight between Buakaw and Somrak is out of quastion couse Buakaw has a long line of fights coming up.

My personal opinion about this matter is that Buakaws team doesent want to risk anything by fighting a Thai fighter. Lets say Buakaw will lose to Somrak it will be a huge Humiliation for buakaw and his team to lose to a fighter wich has not been fighting for about 10 years. Not olny that Buakaws team is not willing to fight Somrak it seem like any Thai fighter is out of quastion. Please dont get me rong i am absolutly not critizaising Buakaw Couse i am sure he will fight anyone, the thing is it is such a shame his team is protecting him so mutch not willing him to fight Thai fighters like Somrak said, Traying to keep the image of Buakaw that he is the the Thai Superstar.

Thanks agian to MM Sport for yet agian sending me the best of products that is helping me staying strong and making me even stronger check this stuff out on>  www.mmsports.se

I will leave a few links from the time that Somrak Kamsing or Pimaranlek Sit hiran like he was cald back then was in his greatest days:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iw_X9Xy07b0
