Get up & work hard!!!

Nothing feels better then to wake up with an Mm sports protein shake then out for a short 7.7km run with some speed intervals towards the end. This is like always continued by an about 2km walk to the gym were we start the real work on the sandbags followed by a few rounds of sparring.


Then finishing it of with sit-ups & pushups, and very important in the end not to forget the stretching that will help you to avoid all kind of injuries!!!

MM sports Rep Power event

Last Saturday I was at the MM Sports rep power event in Karlstad, it was great to see how it all was running as schedule, with all the athlete’s competing and showing their strength & muscles.

        So much of the good stuff!!! Whey 100 will sure make you stronger!!! 
   
After my elf has not being so active during the summer this event really encouraged me now to start getting up early and do some work out in the gym( I really need to after 2 month of relaxing) just to remind everybody this 2 month of summer vacation Is my first time in 2 years I get to relax from the elite Thaiboxing training day in & day out. 
But now it’s time to increase training & try to push yourself as much as you can and even a bit more
