Get up & work hard!!!
Nothing
feels better then to wake up with an Mm sports protein shake then out for a
short 7.7km run with some speed intervals towards the end. This is like always continued
by an about 2km walk to the gym were we start the real work on the sandbags followed
by a few rounds of sparring.
Then
finishing it of with sit-ups & pushups, and very important in the end not
to forget the stretching that will help you to avoid all kind of injuries!!!
