Summer break!

As we have now officially entered the summer break myself personally & the others at the gym (Karlstad Muaythai) I try to be active as much as possible. That includes running in the forest at least 3 times a week. I have also played some soccer, just trying to maintain a healthy life style while i have a break from Thai Boxing!!
One thing you must not miss is the MM Sports premiere opening at:    MM Sports butik Baltzargatan 18 Malmö!!! Don’t miss it!!!

Running on a softer surface

Have totaly changed my running habbits now, not that i am now running faster or slower, insted of running on hard surface like the side walk or running long side the road, i am now better running in the forest. Cant help it, my age (30) is forcing me to change some of my training habbits. Running was one thing, a longer warm up  before training to avoide injuries is another impotant thing.
When you are training at an hight level you must pay atention to your body! Pay atention to small things your body tells you, carfuly handel injuries, be paitience with injuries do never have a hurry to get back in the ring when still the body has not reached a 100%. A mistake a have don in the past so many times.
