Anniversary & events

This weekend will produce 2 wonderful events!

The first one is the anniversary of MM Sports at: Ovrehusargatan 4 in Gutenberg City 11.00-17.00. There will be an Rep Power competition & allots more fun with great offers & deals of supplements and nice clothes.

The other event is a MuayThai gala Contenders vs Challengers. It will be held in Boråshallen & the fights will kick off at 16.00. Some of Sweden best ranked fighters will be there including 2 of my students that are both scheduled to fight on Saturday, Its Morgan Ljung & Kalifen.

Morgan will for the Second time face Mustafa from Halmstad MT while Kalifen is upp for an international encounter vs a Scottish worrier!

For those of you who are in Thailand now you must not miss the Suprfights at Lumpinee stadium 7^th June. Yet again Mr Wirat is matching the best vs each other. The main event this time will be Senshai vs Yodvisha this time at 132.5 lbs.

Summer is here!

Started the day with a short run, about 5 km.

That’s great to feel this feeling a fighter is so used to. Early morning, Mm sports protein shake then out for the run.

Still can feel a bit pain in my lower back as I push myself at times to higher speed. I finished the run at the gym where I started with some physical exercises & weights for about 45 min, and finished of with another protein shake, this time I mixed a bit of gainer in it to get some carbs for me to fast recover.

Looking forward to this hopefully hot hot summer with a lot of outside exercises & MuayThai training!
