Yokpet pet kasen

Yesterday we was once again at Channal seven to watch the fights, exept 2 title fights witch one of them enden with a fast KO at the first round we got to see the main event witch inclouded my favirite fighter Yokpet pet kasen, he is not faumos in the west but he is well known in between MuayThai fans and th gamblers in Thailand.
Yokpet is a verry tallanted fighter that has now not fought in Bangkok for almost 2 years. Before 2 years he got a verry respected aword of houner from Channal 7 when he maneged to fight at the Channal 7 stadium 7 times in a row without losing. He was as well the Muaythai Poon Sua champion of channal 7 before 2 or 3 years ago. Muaythai Poon Sua is a tournament that is going on in Channal 7 stadium, the system is like in the world cup or like the Championsleague, the boxers are put in to 4 grupps witch containes 4 boxers in eatch grupp, 2 qualify from every grupp in to the knock out stages, last 8 last 4 and the final. The winner gets 1000000 Baht as the runner up gets 500000 Baht Third place 300000 Baht .
In Thailand its a well known turnament that all fighting fans around the contry are watching every sunday 13.45 Thai time.

In the gym training has been good, i can feel a bit stronger after we relaxed on Sunday.
Now i have 4 more days to train hard morning & evning, then on friday i am going to slow down and on Saterday i am going to relax all day exept a short run in the morning just to warm up the muscles and in the afternoon i will go just accross the road to Lumpinne to watch Rasmus Olsson my student from Sweden.
He is making his debut on Thai Soil. I will not stay at Lumpinee for to long after my student fight i will hed staight back to the gym to get a good sleep before my fight at Rajadamnern stadium on Sunday evning.
