In Bangkok
Today its my third day in Bangkok, training has been ok, i am staying in a nice area with planty of nice resturants next to the gym, so after training we have planty to choose from. The training over here is similar to the style we do back home in Karlstad(Sweden) but over here you have got more people to spar and clich with, and in the mornings we are running i Lumpinee park Just next to the famus Lumpinee stadium.
Like in Sweden we are running 10km every morning, as i was running with my mates from the gym the first morning i noticed the in Lumpinne park its about 3 or 4 gyms that are running there, that thing creates att special atmosfear, thats a thing that is hard to find in the west the while you are jogging you meet other fighters from other gyms.
My weight has allready dropped a bit as this morning i was 65.7 (before running) but i realy dont think i can trust this scale.
Like i wrote last time that i wouldent be surpriced if they would change my schedduele fight on Queens birthday 11 of Aug, Now i have got a fight att the same date but it will take place in Lumpinee stadium.
Because of that im note sure about the scale we have in the gym so i will go inside Lumpinee tommorow morning after the run just to check my weight.
This morning we did 30 min of rope skipping because of the rain we couldent go running, its normal now raining over here couse its the raining season, after skipping i did 4 rounds of hard boxing sparring with Christoffer Axelsson witch is one of Swedens tip top fighters, after that we did 20 min of shadow boxing and 100x 3 knees on the bag, anfter that slowing down just lifting some weights doing some puchups before getting into the shower.
