Esarn region

From now on i will write in English, as i noticed in my blogg statistik that many readers are from abroad, i am fletterd that meny readers are from outside Sweden so from now on i will keep on writing in English, i hope you dont mind the spelling mistakes couse i am sure you will notice them.

In less then a week now i will be training in the land of smile, as in the last few weeks i have done some progress in training, also my weight is better now, what i need is to try and puchit just a bit harder every day and i hope my condition will be just fine to the sceduele fight that is set for the 12 of Aug, but as my expirience tells me that in Thailand they can change it in a day and tell you 2 days before that you are fighting in channal 3 for an example, then you just have to do your best with the situation. Now its acctualy 2 weeks sens i started to drink L Glutamine that i got fro mm sports, it helps me to reacover faster after training but is also importent for me to use L Glutamine couse it helps my immune system.

This morning we dident run couse it was raining so we did about 10km 16,00 just before training, than back to the gym, 30 minuts of clinching followd by 4 rounds on the pads and 4 more on the sand bag, after that i held the pads for Rasmus our young hardworking taland for a few rounds before finishing with some situps, puchups and treching.
As the time is getting closer i am realy looking forword to this Thailand 2012 adventure, its been 6 years sens last time, and even longer if we speak about the time i was living over there 2001-2003.
just 17 att the time i was fighting att 57 up to 60kg some times, i learned alot about the sport over there and not less about the culture that is so difrent from the West, so difrent and so instersting.
I realy hope that i can find one of my favorite fights from Cambodia, it was in Aug 2002, i have it somewere on VHS, if i will find it i will convert it to a DVD and put it here on the blogg.
For now i hope this hightlight will do, i must not forget to mantion a big big thanks to Giang Hoang that he took his tie and made this hightlight for me.

If you wonder what is this song about that is in the backround of my highlight so its a Thai country song about a time in the year when they are picking up the fish from the mud, then when the girls are bending down to pick up the fish the boys are looking att them, somthing like that, realy hard to transelate some words, when this artist even doesent sing in pure Thai, he uses many words in Lao, as he comes from Esarn, North West Thailand, thats also the reagin that the most fighters come from.
