What you need after the weigh in

Sunday 22 of July, the morning practice is finished, and it was the last training i will make on Swedish ground couse tommorow i am leaving to Bangkok for 1 month of hard training together with Rasmus Olsson that is training with me in Karlstad, and the purpuse of that is to get in the best posible shape entering the ring att the Queens birthday 12 Aug.
To partisipate in sutch an event is a huge honer for me and has always been a dreem to get the chans and fight in Snam luang Bangkok, hopefully they will not change this schedule fight, but if they do it doesent matter couse even if i will fight on another event i will still look forword to it and give a 100%. Because of the early travel tommorow morning we did som light training just this morning and will skip the afternoon training, i ended todays training with 50 kicks that you can see in this link.

In Thailand i will stay att a camp in central Bangkok calld MuayThai  Plaza 2004.
Over there i will train with the local fighters and with my close friend Kriss Kross or his real name Christoffer Axelsson, he will be there and training with  me, and brobobly get to fight.
Kriss Kross is fighting in Sweden out of 019 Örebro, a gym with strong fighters, specialy when is comes to the knees and the grappeling.
Rasmus will not be training with us, i am sending to another gym, the purpuse with that is for him to learn alone, to be with the thais by his own, he has leard alot from me att the gym back home in the last to years, now its time fot him to progress and learn difrent styls from other people that are more expirienced in the sport.
Att the moment i still have about 5kg more or less to dropp for the weigh in.
Sometimes wight dropping can affect your strength in a way that you will have no energy left for the fight after all the kg you have lost in a shot time, i myself have a good expirience of that happening. But now when im older and more expirienced i am preapering this 2 shakes for after the weigh in.

Now its like this: after the weigh in you are totaly accosted, and feeling very week.
Then your body needs Carbs and protein, thats why i will mix 2 shakes just after the weigh in, 1 with Diet Fuel from  bodyscience that is got Casein and just a bit of Carbs about 3 %
and the other shake is even more importent if ist after you lost many kg for the weigh in, ist a Gainer from Body Science as well thats got 67% carbs in it and 25% protein and 1.5% fat, there is all that you need to reacover for the fight, after this 2 shakes i will take a shower and go for a nice meel of Thai food next to the gym, then i will get a minimum of 3 hours sleep, then wake up and eat once  again, not so mutch this time. After that we will be hedding to the Arena.
